Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi inaugurated a National Master Plan – Gati Shakti, at the Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. This plan is for multi-modal connectivity. He had also reviewed the model of a new exhibition complex of the India Trade Promotion Organisation at Pragati Maidan.
In address, PM Modi said that this National Master Plan will provide the GatiShakti to India in the 21st century with the next-generation infrastructure and multimodal connectivity.
Narendra Modi said, India in 21st Century has left the old thinking behind and moving forward. The PM also underlined that the Master Plan GatiShakti strengthens the Atmanirbar Bharat scheme. It also lays down the foundation plan for development programs coming in the next 25 years. Mr. Modi also said that the Gatishakti Master Plan will also provide smart decision-making and analytical and tools for investors, and all stakeholders involving in the policy-making sectors of the country.
This master plan will be proved helpful for the government in policymaking and the effective planning process. He also said that it is important for the development of India. All departments involving in the infrastructural growth will come together & cooperate with each other by using their collective powers. On the same occasion, Piyush Goyal (Commerce and Industry Minister) said that the country India is in progress at a fast pace, and this PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan is the perfect symbol of PM Narendra Modi’s foresight.
