Delhi CM Tested Positive for COVID-19, Tweeted that the Symptoms are Mild

The Chief Minister of the national capital has recently tested positive for the COVID-19. He gave this information this morning. He also urged people to get themselves tested as early as possible for the COVID-19 who came in contact with him in the last few days.

Arvind Kejriwal has isolated themselves at home. This news comes after the AAP party leader led the victory march in Chandigarh on December 30, in which the party won the Municipal

According to the latest report of the Health Minister of Delhi, about 4,099 people have been tested positive on Monday for COVID-19 and the positivity rate has increased to 6.46%. 

One fatality is seen in the last 24 hours and about 1509 people have recovered also.  If we talk about the vaccination of children, Delhi administered more than 20000 vaccines to children aged between 15-18. The numbers will go up from Tuesday onwards when districts start vaccinating children through camps. There are more than 1.01 million children become eligible for the vaccine, according to the data released by the Government.   

Satyendra Jain, Health Minister of Delhi said that over 81% of reports of genome sequencing have been found for the Omicron variant as per the reports of the last two days.

The Delhi Disaster Management Authority will hold a COVID-19 meeting today around 11 AM. More curbs may take place for the people of Delhi.

The Yellow alert has been imposed in the national capital but further alerts will take place if found necessary as per the guidelines of DDMA. The cases are increasing at a dangerous speed and the government will take appropriate action for the sake of the citizens of Delhi.
