Delhi women Gang Raped and Paraded with Garland of shoes in Shahdara

Recently, the capital of India, Delhi, showed the horrible incident and show the sheer insensitive and inhuman attitude, against sex assault survivors. A 20-year-old girl who was gang-raped, on Thursday morning, when she was made to walk the street of Delhi, was allegedly kidnapped,  garlanded with slippers, and then paraded with her face painted black. The ferocious incident occurred in the Vivek Vihar area of the Shahdara district of the city.

According to the DCW Chief Swati Maliwal’s statement, the girl was attempted gang-raped by some illicit liquor sellers and later shaved her hair on top and her face blackened amid cheers from the people.

 In the viral video, a crowd of women is gathered around the 20-year-old, victim girl. Women cheer for the girl for the parade. According to police, the incident is suspected to be the result of the woman’s personal enmity with the accused.

 The DCW chief, who was issuing a notice to the Delhi police, called to arrest all the persons who were involved in this case and demanded that the surviving family survive by giving security. 

 After the heart-wrenching Nirbhaya case, the rape cases are not down in the Delhi NCR and this case was really inhuman and heart-wrenching even only women commit violence against women, in India. 

Another identical incident happened, even kids are not safe these days, an 8-year-old girl, was gang-raped by 11-year-old school-going boys. She was playing outside her house at 2 pm and was kidnapped and when she came back home in the evening her mother took her to the police station and filed a report.
